01 Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At xdaji, responsible gaming is not an afterthought — it is a core pillar of how we operate our platform for players across Bangladesh. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable, voluntary form of entertainment, and we are deeply committed to ensuring it remains that way for every one of our users.
xdaji has designed its platform with a range of built-in safeguards and player-controlled tools to support informed, responsible gaming decisions. These tools are available to every registered user at all times and can be activated quickly through your account settings or by contacting our support team. We also actively train our support staff to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and to respond with empathy and appropriate guidance.
Our responsible gaming framework covers four key areas: prevention (education, age verification, and awareness), protection (deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion), support (24/7 access to our team and signposting to professional organisations), and enforcement (monitoring gaming patterns and proactively reaching out to players who may be at risk).
02 Age Restriction — 18+ Only
xdaji is strictly an adults-only platform. All users must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit, or participate in any gambling activity on xdaji.com. This policy applies to all players in Bangladesh without exception.
To enforce this requirement, xdaji conducts age and identity verification (KYC) on all registered accounts. During this process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 18 or over will be suspended immediately, and any pending withdrawals will be withheld pending investigation.
Protecting Minors
If you share your device with family members who are under 18 years of age, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions to prevent underage access to the xdaji platform:
- Never share your xdaji login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Log out of your xdaji account after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Enable screen time controls or parental controls on shared devices and browsers.
- Consider using third-party parental control software such as Net Nanny, Qustodio, or Bark to restrict access to gambling websites on devices used by minors.
- Set a device PIN or password that is not known to any person under 18 in your household.
03 Recognising the Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually and may not be immediately obvious — even to the person experiencing it. Being aware of the warning signs is the first step toward getting help. The following behaviours may indicate that gambling has moved beyond entertainment and is causing harm:
- Chasing losses: Continuing to gamble in an attempt to recover money that has already been lost, often leading to larger and more risky bets.
- Gambling beyond your means: Betting more money than you can reasonably afford to lose, including funds set aside for household expenses, rent, or bills.
- Preoccupation with gambling: Spending large amounts of time thinking about gambling, planning your next session, or reliving past wins and losses.
- Difficulty stopping: Repeatedly trying to cut down or stop gambling without success, or feeling restless and irritable when not gambling.
- Neglecting responsibilities: Allowing gambling to interfere with your work, studies, family responsibilities, or social commitments.
- Hiding gambling behaviour: Lying to friends or family about how much time or money you spend on gambling, or feeling shame about your gambling habits.
- Borrowing money to gamble: Taking loans, borrowing from friends or family, or selling personal possessions to fund gambling activity.
- Using gambling to cope: Gambling as a way to escape from stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, or other emotional difficulties.
- Neglecting personal care: Skipping meals, losing sleep, or neglecting health and hygiene because of time spent gambling.
04 Self-Assessment — How Is Your Gambling?
The questions below are adapted from widely used problem gambling screening frameworks. If you answer "yes" to two or more of these questions, we strongly encourage you to make use of xdaji's player protection tools or to contact a professional support organisation.
05 Player Protection Tools
xdaji provides every registered player with a suite of practical, easy-to-use responsible gaming tools. These tools are designed to give you control over your gambling activity and help you set boundaries that protect your finances and wellbeing. All tools can be activated through your account settings or by contacting our 24/7 support team.
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your xdaji account in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased until a minimum cooling-off period has elapsed. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit requires a mandatory waiting period.
Session Time Limits
Choose a maximum session duration — for example, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours — after which you will be automatically logged out of your xdaji account. A reminder notification is displayed 5 minutes before your session limit is reached so you can prepare to end your session.
Loss Limits
Define a maximum loss threshold over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once your net losses reach the limit you have set, your account will be prevented from placing further bets for the remainder of that period. This tool is particularly useful for players who want to cap potential losses in advance.
Reality Check Reminders
Enable periodic on-screen pop-up reminders that display how long you have been logged in and a summary of your net gaming activity during the current session. Reality checks are available at intervals of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes and serve as a gentle prompt to reassess whether you wish to continue your session.
Time-Out Periods
Take a structured break from gambling by activating a time-out on your xdaji account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, your account will be temporarily suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or place any bets. Time-outs cannot be cancelled early once activated.
Marketing Opt-Out
Opt out of receiving promotional emails, SMS messages, and bonus notifications from xdaji at any time. Players who have activated a time-out or self-exclusion are automatically removed from all marketing lists for the duration of their break. You can manage communication preferences from your account settings at any time.
06 Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a formal, longer-term measure available to any xdaji player who feels that gambling has become, or is at risk of becoming, a serious problem. Unlike a time-out period, self-exclusion is intended as a definitive break from gambling and carries stricter protections.
How Self-Exclusion Works
When you self-exclude from xdaji, your account is immediately and permanently closed for gambling purposes for the duration of the exclusion period you choose. Self-exclusion periods available on xdaji are: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent (indefinite). During the exclusion period:
- You will be unable to log into your xdaji account or access any gambling features.
- Any remaining balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to you via your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer) within 5 business days.
- xdaji will immediately remove you from all promotional communications and marketing lists.
- You will not be able to create a new account using the same identity details (name, NID, phone number, or email address).
- Self-exclusion cannot be reversed or cancelled before the end of the selected exclusion period. Re-activation of a permanent exclusion requires a formal review process and a minimum 12-month cooling-off period.
How to Request Self-Exclusion
To initiate self-exclusion, you can either navigate to the Responsible Gaming section within your xdaji account settings and select "Self-Exclude", or contact our support team directly via live chat or by email at support at xdaji.com. Your request will be processed within 24 hours of submission. If you need your account suspended more urgently, call our WhatsApp support line (see footer) and a team member will action the request within 1 hour.

08 Safer Play Tips
Responsible gambling begins with healthy habits and a clear-minded approach to every session. Whether you are betting on cricket, spinning the slots, or enjoying live casino games on xdaji, the following practical tips will help you stay in control and keep gambling a fun, low-risk leisure activity.
- Set a budget before you play. Decide in advance how much you are willing to spend in a session and treat it as the cost of entertainment — not as an investment.
- Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. Keep gambling funds completely separate from money allocated to rent, food, utilities, or other essential expenses.
- Take regular breaks. Step away from the screen every 30–60 minutes. Use xdaji's session time limit tool to automate this if helpful.
- Do not chase your losses. If you have reached your session budget, stop. Chasing losses is one of the most common pathways into problem gambling.
- Avoid gambling when emotional. Stress, grief, loneliness, or alcohol impair judgment and increase the likelihood of reckless betting decisions.
- Understand the games you play. Learn the rules, odds, and house edge of any game before wagering real money. Knowledge reduces impulsive decisions.
- Balance gambling with other activities. Maintain hobbies, social relationships, and interests outside of gambling. A well-rounded lifestyle reduces the risk of gambling becoming a primary coping mechanism.
- Keep track of your spending. Review your xdaji transaction history regularly to maintain an accurate picture of your gambling expenditure over time.
- Talk to someone you trust. If you are concerned about your gambling, share your feelings with a trusted friend, family member, or professional counsellor.
- Use xdaji's tools proactively. Do not wait until gambling becomes a problem. Set deposit limits and session reminders from the outset as a healthy default habit.
