01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and xdaji (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xdaji platform at xdaji.com, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without modification or reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the xdaji platform and, if you have already created an account, contact our support team to request account closure. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes renewed and continuing acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through xdaji, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, Jungle Delight, Baseball betting, and all other gaming and wagering services that may be introduced from time to time. Supplementary terms — such as promotional terms, bonus conditions, or game-specific rules — form part of this Agreement and must be read alongside these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Participation in any form of gambling or wagering on the xdaji platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout all subsequent use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xdaji is an adults-only platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be acting as a private individual in a personal capacity, and not on behalf of any commercial entity for the purpose of operating a gaming business.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of xdaji, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of wagering on xdaji products.
• You must not be self-excluded from the xdaji platform or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or at the time of placing any wager.

By registering on xdaji, you expressly represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility criteria listed above. Providing false information during the registration process is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of xdaji services — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — users must register a single personal account on the platform. The following rules govern the account registration process and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on xdaji. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. If xdaji identifies that a user holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, merged, or permanently closed, and any bonuses credited may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update their account details if any information changes. xdaji may request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Supplying false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage is a breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their xdaji account credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. xdaji will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by a user's failure to adequately protect their credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All xdaji accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are all processed in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is required for players in Bangladesh.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

xdaji supports a range of payment methods that are widely accessible to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the user's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members' bKash wallets or bank accounts belonging to other individuals — are not permitted and may result in the return of funds and suspension of the xdaji account. xdaji reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on any account at its discretion.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, unless xdaji's support team approves an alternative method following successful identity verification. xdaji reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of any withdrawal destination account before releasing funds. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in the applicable bonus terms before they may be withdrawn.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

xdaji offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your xdaji account in Bangladeshi Taka.
• Each promotional offer is subject to a specific wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per user, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• xdaji reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to a user's account.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to misrepresent location, or exploiting technical errors — will be voided and the associated account may be permanently suspended.
• xdaji's promotional calendar includes seasonal events tied to Bangladesh's cultural year, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and BPL season. Eligibility and terms for seasonal promotions will be published on the platform at the time of each event.

06 User Obligations

By using the xdaji platform, you agree to the following obligations, which are designed to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all players:

• You will use the xdaji platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and will not use it for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
• You will keep your account credentials strictly confidential and will not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person.
• You will promptly notify xdaji's support team of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspected security breach, or any technical fault that results in an incorrect credit or debit to your account balance.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and in all subsequent dealings with xdaji, including KYC verification submissions.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds you deposit. You accept full personal responsibility for all wagers you place on xdaji.
• You will use xdaji's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic.
• You will comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh as they relate to online gambling and the use of digital payment methods.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xdaji platform. Any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any funds held in the account may be forfeited, and xdaji reserves the right to report the conduct to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register, access, or place wagers on xdaji if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on xdaji under any name, device, or identity.
• Fraud and money laundering: Using xdaji to launder money, process fraudulent payments, or otherwise engage in any activity that violates anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing information, chip dumping, or pre-arranged wagering strategies in multiplayer games.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers by creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or employing any strategy specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (also known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring").
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, data-harvesting tools, or any other software that interacts with the xdaji platform in a way that was not authorised or intended by xdaji.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider without first contacting xdaji's support team to resolve the matter. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.
• Abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing xdaji's support staff or other users through any communication channel, including live chat and email.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the xdaji platform — including but not limited to the xdaji brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other creative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of xdaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xdaji platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any xdaji content without the prior written consent of xdaji.

Game content — including slot titles, live casino interfaces, and crash game mechanics — is provided to xdaji under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective studios and their licensors.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xdaji and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the xdaji platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, regardless of outcome.
• Technical interruptions, platform downtime, connection failures, or data loss.
• Errors or delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi banks.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Changes to the platform's features, game library, or promotional offering.
• Any decisions made by xdaji in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension, bonus voiding, or bet settlement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xdaji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by xdaji

xdaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice if xdaji reasonably believes that the user has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, or if such action is required for regulatory, legal, or security reasons. In the event of suspension or closure due to a user's breach, any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings held in the account may be forfeited.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request the closure of their xdaji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Following a closure request, xdaji will process any pending withdrawal of real-money funds (i.e., funds deposited by the user that are not subject to active wagering requirements) within a reasonable period, subject to KYC verification requirements being met. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. xdaji reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳100 per month to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance where applicable. Users will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

11 Responsible Gaming

xdaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your xdaji account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in and active for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (minimum 24 hours, maximum 5 years) or a permanent exclusion from the xdaji platform. During self-exclusion, your account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications from xdaji.
• Reality check: Enable periodic on-screen reminders that display the duration of your current session and a summary of your net wagering activity.

12 Amendments to These Terms

xdaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xdaji will notify registered users by email to the address held on file and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the xdaji platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method tables — may be made without individual user notification. Material amendments that affect user rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus eligibility will always be communicated directly to registered users before taking effect.
